Why am I so excited? It's the first episode that I've translated for that group and my name appears in the translation credits. I go by a different name but rest assured, that Serpettra listed under the position of 'Translator' in the fansubber's credits interspersed throughout the opening theme is me.

anyways, i got on deviantART and saw that my icon had been replaced by a flash icon bearing the pokemon mudkip and the words 'so i herd u liek mudkips??'

i scrolled down and saw that everyone's icons had changed. going to someone else's page, all their icons and the icons of everyone to visit them had changed.

this tells me one of two things. either a hacker/channer has played an april fools prank on all of dA or someone on the admin staff is a channer and they did it.

if it's the latter, it would explain a few years ago when they gave the site a shitty, ineffective overhaul. also, the embezzlement.
